After signing up, you’ll need to create your account. Look out for an email from noreply@trainerize.com with the link to setup your account and download the app.

It may take a few minutes to arrive and/or it may land in your SPAM folder.

If you don’t see the email in a few minutes, email me at Mike@GrimmFitness.com and I'll resend the link from my end.

Very soon after you create your profile! I'm unable to upload them until you create your profile, then I manually attach them.

If you don't see them within 12 hours of profile creation, feel free to email me or message me in the app.

You can do so anytime by going to the Member Area of this website (GrimmFitness.com) and clicking on "Manage Billing"
