However, you’ll need to create your account first. After signing up, look out for an email from noreply@trainerize.com with the link to setup your account and download the app.

It may take a few minutes to arrive and/or it may land in your SPAM folder.

If you don’t see the email within a few minutes of signing up, email me at Mike@GrimmFitness.com and I'll resend the link from my end.

If you haven’t had an in-person assessment, you’ll see a link in the app’s messenger to complete the PivotPoint Assessment. I’ll review your submission and create a custom program, then upload it to your profile.

If you’ve already had an in-person assessment with me, you’ll receive your custom program very soon after you create your profile! I'm unable to upload them until you create your profile, then I manually attach them. If you don't see your custom workouts within 12 hours of profile creation, feel free to email me or message me in the app.

You can do so anytime by going to the Member Area and clicking on "Manage Billing"
