How To Log Your Food Intake

This video takes a deep dive into all the powerful features around logging your food intake in the Fitness App. From logging foods from scratch, to using the barcode scanner, to saving things as favorites, or copying entire day’s worth of meals to other days to speed up your process, this app can make logging food seamless and easy, and even comes with some recipe ideas in the “Discover” tab.


Exploring The Advanced Meal Planner

with customized recipes and automated grocery lists!

If you’ve been given a calorie and macro goal and I have turned this feature on for you, you’ll have access to this Advanced Meal Planner. An awesome feature that will generate a recipe and meal plan based on your goals, with the ability for you to alter the recipes based on dietary preferences, allergies, or even to match a prep time or a cooking style.

And it’ll even auto-generate a grocery list for you based on all the meals you have in your plan, making shopping for all these meals super easy to do in one trip.


Complete Control of Workouts with Apple Watch

FEATURE NOW AVAILABLE! Leave your phone in the locker.

Just start your workout from your Apple Watch, instead of your phone, and you’ll have total control to log the entire workout on your watch.

How To View Workout Stats on Detailed Charts and Graphs

If you’re a member, you’re likely familiar with your ability to log how many reps, and at what resistance levels, you are performing each exercise.

Over time, this will accumulate into some pretty cool data that you can view anytime on some detailed charts and graphs.
